How do I Purchase a Challenge?

After you have completed the Sign-Up Process and have had a chance to explore the Funded Kings Dashboard, it is time to purchase a challenge. To purchase a Funded Account Challenge, please follow these basic instructions: Log In to your Funded Kings Go to your Account Dashboard. Select the Challenge you wish to Purchase ($25k, $50k, $100k, $200k, $300k). Choose your desired Payment Method. Click on the “Proceed to Payment” Follow the instructions for Card Payments or scan the QR Code for Crypto Payments (alternatively, you may manually copy the Crypto Address to send funds to your Wallet). Funded Kings offers both Card Payments and Crypto (Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin (BTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ethereum (ETH – ERC20), Tether (USDT – ERC20), and USD Coin (USDC – ERC20). Do consider the applicable Network Fees if you choose to pay with Crypto. To use and complete a payment with ETH, USDT, or USDC you will need to use the ERC-20 standard.

How to Restart a Challenge?

Funded Kings strives to empower all our traders to succeed on our platform. In our Funded Account Challenges, when a requirement is violated, you will automatically be ineligible to obtain a Funded Account. We give all our traders the option to Reset their Funded Account Challenge anytime throughout Phase 1 (Evaluation Stage). Refer to our FAQ section for an in-depth guide.

What is our Refund Policy?

Funded Kings allows you to request a Refund on your Initial Purchase Fee if have a Funded Account Challenge provided you have not activated/placed any trades on your Account, however, if you have used your Active Account or failed the Funded Account Challenge, we will not be able to offer you a refund. To withdraw from the contract, you just need to send an email to our Support Team within 14 days from your purchase, our team will proceed to process your Refund with all your respective fees included.
